anna is a brazilian cinematographer based in los angeles. her body of work ranges from advertising campaigns for fortune 500 companies like uber eats, twitter, and google to narrative films.

one of her recent narrative projects as a cinematographer was the short they come from the sky, which screened at the american cinematheque's PROOF film festival and the new york latino film festival, presented by warner bros. discovery. it was also featured on the popular sci-fi DUST channel, drawing over 200,000 views.​​

in 2023, she was selected from over 1,500 applicants as one of four cinematographers in color creative's find your people program. through the program, she worked as the cinematographer on the short film just one, which premiered at united talent agency and screened at the pan african film festival, with issa rae serving as executive producer.

currently, anna is a fellow at the american film institute, where she is pursuing an MFA in cinematography. she is passionate about bringing the emotional core of stories to the screen and working closely with directors and crews to craft a distinct visual language that brings each story to life.
